Doctolib is looking for a Talent development Senior Manager responsible for building and anchoring the company vision of Doctolibers' performance, career evolution and leaders' development. Have proven success in leading performance, career or leadership development projects in an international, multicultural and fast‑paced environment. Possess excellent influence and communication skills: you can coach and challenge managers, leaders and build genuine partnerships. Thrive in high intensity, high velocity, ambiguous environments with strong change management skills and ability to lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders. Demonstrate strong business acumen: you balance Product management abilities with strong business proximity to gain stakeholder trust through strategic HR partnership. Are fluent in English and French to work effectively in our international environment. Now, it would be fantastic if you: Have a previous experience as HRBP / HR manager. Have management / leadership training and/or facilitation skills. Are able to use data and KPIs to shape HR roadmaps and AI to scale your impact. Have already been running IPO’s and/or lead PMI. Have experience working in a matrix organisation, leading both global and local approach. Have worked in the Healthcare sector. What We Offer Free health insurance for you and your children. Live Business Case including one business stakeholder (Onsite) – 1 hour 30 minutes. Lateral Interview with one People Senior manager. Chief People Officer Interview. Reference check. Job Details Permanent position. Full Time. Workplace: Levallois-Perret (92, headquarters). Hybrid mode: 3 days onsite per week. Start date: as soon as you are available.
