Reporting to a Lead SRE, you will ensure our products are reliably served to users worldwide. You should have a strong background in development and system administration, with systems that evolve constantly, requiring adaptable observation and action tools.Minimum QualificationsExperience as a developer in Go, Python, or RustExperience in system programming with scripting languages (bash, Python)Ability to troubleshoot production system failuresPositive attitude and team spiritPassion for automation and tooling improvementsExperience with Linux systems (Ubuntu/Debian)Knowledge of cloud architecture (baremetal, VMs, containers, orchestrators)Understanding of computer networks: TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, IPv6, BGP, network virtualizationProficiency in English, capable of technical documentation and communicationPreferred QualificationsExperience with infrastructure as code and CI/CDExperience with hardware automationExperience with monitoring and logging systemsKnowledge of relational databasesFamiliarity with one cloud platform and related use-casesProactive in proposing and defending new solutionsTeam player with good communication and coaching skillsResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize tools and documentation for incident management and automationTroubleshoot high-impact issues with multiple teamsManage on-call duties, mitigate production issues, and ensure customer satisfactionMaintain high service quality using observability and monitoringManage product lifecycle in productionImplement best practices for stability, resilience, scalability, security, and performanceTechnical StackPython, Go, RustRabbitMQ, PostgreSQLHA Proxy, Nginx, REST APIs / FlaskS3 API, Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana, ElasticSearch, Fluentd, KibanaAnsible, AWX, Foreman, SaltGitLab, NexusUbuntu, Debian, CentOSJira, Confluence, Slack, GSuiteLocationThis position is based in our offices in Paris, Toulouse, or Lille (France).
