Notre mission est de proposer à nos clients un accompagnement sur les solutions de réduction carbone afin de les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs de durabilité de manière informée et intelligente.Le Head of Origination – CEE est responsable de l’identification, la qualification et la structuration des opportunités d’investissement en France. Il / elle joue un rôle clé dans le développement stratégique de la présence du groupe sur cette zone géographique, en assurant une veille active des marchés, en entretenant un réseau de partenaires clés et en initiant des projets à fort potentiel.Principales tâches :Gestion de plusieurs équipes commerciales.Sourcing, production, commisionning des solutions de financement pour nos clientsGarantir notre développement sur le marché français de l’efficacité énergétique (définitions des besoins en ressources humaines / matériels, pilotage de la stratégie commerciale)Suivi de la satisfaction client et établissement de synergies avec les autres produits d’OTC Flow FranceOrigination de projets d’efficacité énergétique auprès de groupes dans les secteur tertiaires et industriels notamment.Entretenir et développer un réseau solide avec les développeurs locaux, autorités publiques, fonds etc…Formation :Bac+5 (École de commerce, d’ingénieurs ou université avec spécialisation en finance, économie ou énergie).Expérience :7 à 12 ans d’expérience minimum en origination, développement de projets, dans le domaine des CEE.Expérience avérée dans les secteurs des infrastructures, de l’énergie ou du private equity.Très bonne connaissance des environnements réglementaires et économiques en Europe.Compétences :Excellente maîtrise des techniques d’analyse financière et d’évaluation de projets.Capacité à identifier des opportunités « off-market ».Fortes capacités de négociation et sens du business.Excellente communication, leadership et esprit entrepreneurial #J-18808-Ljbffr
