Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Ops AI Platform Join Alan as a Fullstack Software Engineer to build an AI‑powered Ops platform at ground zero. In this role you’ll combine product engineering with machine‑learning to create autonomous agents that scale across the company’s internal tooling. Project The Ops AI Platform lets ops teams create, evolve and monitor AI agents that automate thousands of tedious tasks. The platform will be the foundation for all agentic use cases at Alan. Responsibilities Build and maintain a complete set of tools for AI agents to connect to internal and external capabilities. Integrate agents into core internal tools, providing context‑aware chat modals and permissions for safe operation. Empower non‑technical users to build and maintain agents, with prompting, tools configuration, testing, datasets, replayability and evaluations. Ensure safety and accuracy at the core: robust testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human‑in‑the‑loop validation. Design and scale the system from a few dozen to thousands of tasks automated daily. Provide significant influence on system architecture and code quality; mentor teammates; contribute to product and engineering culture. Qualifications 3+ years of full‑stack engineering experience, strong background in systems architecture. Spike in back‑end engineering; experience with traditional ML/LLMs or ML‑devops is a plus. Product‑mindset: solutions are used and impactful. Self‑directed, pragmatic, humble, collaborative with a passion for teamwork. Fluent in English; French not required.
