Your Role
As a Global Sales Specialist within Hyatt Sales Force (HSF) EAME, you will play an important role in supporting our Global Sales team and contributing to the achievement of agreed revenue goals.
Working closely with the corporate accounts and Meetings & Events teams, you will provide sales and administrative support across account management activities, group leads, RFPs, audits, reporting and sales systems. You will also help strengthen long-term, value-based customer relationships while collaborating with HSF and hotel-based Sales colleagues around the world.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong task management and organizational skills with an interest in marketing and a passion for sales.
Contract Type: Fixed-term maternity cover through 30 September 2027.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Global Sales team on behalf of the region, helping the team deliver against its priorities and agreed objectives.
- Support account management activities as required, including group leads and the RFP process.
- Track measurable success metrics and key performance indicators and prepare relevant reports.
- Maintain regular communication with Hyatt Sales Force offices globally, ensuring colleagues receive relevant information and updates.
- Keep Hyatt’s Sales systems accurate and up to date under the supervision of the Head of Segment.
- Apply advanced knowledge of relevant systems and tools, including Envision, Lanyon, Cognos and 360, as well as function-specific procedures and processes.
- Use knowledge and sound judgment to support business goals, anticipate challenges and help identify solutions.
- Stay current on relevant technical knowledge and apply new learning to your day-to-day responsibilities.
- Support the Sales team with production reporting, QBR templates and other reasonable duties associated with the position.
- Serve as a Sales subject matter resource across on-property and above-property environments when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HSF counterparts globally and help demonstrate the value HSF brings to Hyatt.

Qualifications
Your Qualifications & Experience
You bring strong organizational and task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You are comfortable working in a collaborative, international environment and building relationships with colleagues across functions, hotels and markets.
You will also bring:
- Experience or demonstrated proficiency in sales support within the hospitality industry, with a passion for Sales and an understanding of Marketing.
- Strong administrative, organizational and task management skills.
- Knowledge of sales processes, including account management support, group leads, RFPs, audits and performance reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of relevant sales systems and tools, including Envision, Lanyon, Cognos and 360. <
