Rattaché(e) aux fondateurs tu piloteras la stratégie Growth & Go-to-Market de la conception à l'exécution en optimisant la performance pour accélérer l'acquisition améliorer la conversion et renforcer la rétention. Ton rôle consistera à construire une machine de croissance scalable guidée par une stratégie data-driven et orientée produit : Growth & Go-to-Market : définir la stratégie structurer la roadmap piloter la performance multi-canal et déployer des funnels d'acquisition efficaces (inbound outbound paid ABM). Conversion & Activation : optimiser le funnel de bout en bout piloter l'automation et tester en continu via A / B tests pour améliorer la conversion et l'engagement des utilisateurs. Data & Performance : construire une stack data marketing robuste suivre les KPI clés et tirer des insights pour guider les décisions stratégiques. Leadership et collaboration : structurer recruter et animer une équipe pluridisciplinaire et travailler en transversal avec les équipes Produit et Sales. Qualifications Tu disposes de plusieurs années d'expérience en Growth Marketing ou Go-to-Market sur un produit SaaS B2B idéalement dans les secteurs HR Tech Productivity ou SaaS Data / AI. Tu as un track record solide dans le scaling d'un pipeline d'acquisition (0 1M ARR) et dans la mise en place d'une stack marketing et data complète. Intrapreneur à la fois stratégique et opérationnel tu sais structurer les actions tout en restant dans l'exécution et sais prendre des initiatives pour avoir un réel impact sur la stratégie de l'entreprise.
