You coordinate service with precision, inspire your team, and ensure everything runs smoothly—from planning shifts to creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your ImpactHire, train, motivate, and supervise your restaurant and bar teamCreate team schedules and manage daily planning to ensure smooth operationsMonitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and manage orders accordinglyTake ownership of budgets, track KPIs, and implement cost control strategiesSet product prices and configure the POS system (Lightspeed)Collaborate with the chef to create and price attractive menusDevelop sales by organizing themed nights and special eventsEnsure daily cash register operations and closings run smoothlyHandle guest feedback with a problem-solving and service-first mindsetEnforce hygiene, health, and safety standards across all outlets (Trackfood)Why Join Our Journey?This is your opportunity to live and lead in a unique setting.
