Senior Software Engineer – Moteurs de calcul & Data Processing (PL/SQL / Python) @ Secteur Finance @ Paris - Freelance Company: Collective.work Contract Details Budget: TJM 550 € Type: Freelance, long duration (12 months) Start: January 2026 Location: Paris (remote 2 days per week) Context & Objective Vous interviendrez sur un moteur de calcul réglementaire à forts enjeux, historiquement développé en PL/SQL, actuellement en phase de transformation technologique majeure. L’objectif est de réduire drastiquement les temps de traitement, passer d’une logique purement base de données à des calculs en mémoire, et rendre la solution scalable horizontalement à la demande. Responsibilities Développement et évolution du moteur de calcul. Migration progressive des traitements PL/SQL vers des calculs en mémoire. Optimisation des performances (requêtes, traitements batch, ressources). Support et maintenance en environnement de production. Intégration technique dans le SI cible. Contribution aux choix d’architecture et d’optimisation. Adoption d’une démarche DevSecOps orientée qualité, stabilité et performance. Rôle de référent technique, force de proposition et moteur d’amélioration continue. Technical Environment SQL / PL/SQL avancé. Oracle 19c (souhaité). Optimisation de requêtes & paramètres Oracle. Python, calculs en mémoire, DuckDB. OpenShift / environnements conteneurisés. XL Deploy / XL Release. SQL dynamique. Git, Bitbucket, JIRA. Profile Sought Solide expertise en PL/SQL et moteurs de calcul. Très forte capacité d’analyse et de diagnostic, y compris en production. Expérience sur des systèmes complexes, critiques ou réglementaires. À l’aise avec des sujets de performance et scalabilité. Capacité à travailler en forte interaction avec des équipes techniques et d’exploitation. Esprit d’innovation, autonomie et sens des responsabilités. Languages Français : courant.
