We are seeking a Product Lead to drive our Prime Products vertical as we establish ourselves as a cornerstone of the new internet-native financial system.As Product Lead, you will own the strategy and execution for our prime product vertical, focused on advanced users, institutions, and Curators. This role requires developing a deep understanding of the protocol, the competitive lending landscape (both CeFi and DeFi), and the specific risk management needs of large capital allocators. You will work across the organization—with engineering, design, data, and protocol teams—to ship industry-shaping products.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Vision: Set the product vision and strategy for the Prime Products vertical, executing it with a world-class engineering team.Stakeholder Focus: Develop a deep understanding of our various stakeholders (Curators, Institutions, Pro Users), their needs, and requirements.Market Intelligence: Deeply understand the wider crypto lending space, both centralized and decentralized, including market trends and competitors.Feature Ownership: Shape the products that Curators, Institutions, and Pro Users rely on to manage risk and exposure on the protocol.Collaboration: Work directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0-to-1 products from concept through launch.Product Experience: 5+ years of experience building and shipping products in the Crypto Lending or Trading space.Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Risk Management and trade execution in crypto and DeFi.Institutional Exposure: Experience working with large institutions, funds, or capital allocators in DeFi or Traditional Finance.Technical Fluency: Understanding of technical web development fundamentals (APIs, SDKs, etc.).Product Delivery: Proven experience working directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0-to-1 products.Soft Skills: Exceptional organization and communication skills with a low-ego, high-ownership mindset.Impact: Join a protocol with over $9 billion in supplied assets, positioning your work as the new standard for DeFi lending.Funding: Work for a highly stable and well-funded organization backed by major industry VCs.Location: Remote-first role, allowing flexibility within the time zones of GMT -5 up to GMT +2 to ensure sufficient overlap with the global team.Culture: Join a team of high-caliber contributors dedicated to shaping the future of a new internet-native financial system.Due to the high volume of applications we anticipate, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback to all candidates.
