Our growth is driving us to strengthen the Product team to lead the Network Products roadmap and strategy. Your mission will be to manage the Network Product team and shape a clear product vision (VPC, Load Balancer, Public Gateway, Interlink, Edge Services, VPN, CDN) to deliver scalable, resilient, and competitive network services for our customers.YOUR FUTURE TEAM We work in a collaborative and international environment where diversity and sharing help bring new projects to life. You will be part of a team of 2 experienced Product Managers, organized into two squads (Network Products Core and Network Products Edge). The team collaborates closely with engineering and other tribes (Compute, Storage, Compute Foundation).YOUR DAILY ROUTINEDefine and drive the product vision and strategy for Network Products (VPC, Load Balancer, VPN, CDN, etc.)Coach and manage a team of Product Managers and a Product Marketing Manager of various seniorities, supporting their daily work and career growthIdentify pain points and opportunities to help the team in their operational duties, stepping in as acting PM when neededWork closely with engineering teams to overcome delivery challenges and strengthen collaborationPartner closely with the Head of Engineering Network to synchronize product and development roadmapsDrive roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple product streams, ensuring delivery and scalabilityCollaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations for rollout of new features, tiers, and regionsEngage with key partners (Colt, OBS, France Connect, Megaport) to develop integrations and improve servicesEnsure product consistency in terms of user experience, business impact, and technical approachDefine and track KPIs to foster a culture of continuous improvementAnticipate future market trends to expand Scaleway’s network product portfolioAbout YouHARDSKILLS:10+ years of experience in Product Management, including team leadershipStrong expertise in networking products (VPC, Load Balancer, Connectivity, Network Security, CDN)Proven ability to define and execute a strategic product visionTechnical background in networking or cloud engineeringProficiency with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence)SOFTSKILLS:Strong leadership with experience managing senior PMsExcellent coaching skills, with the ability to help team members grow and thriveStrong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, balancing long-term vision with short-term deliveryAssertive yet collaborative, with strong relationship-building skills across engineering and business functionsWe are committed to building an inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone has a fair opportunity to thrive.
