Licorne Society a été missionné par une startup en pleine croissance pour les aider à trouver leur Head of product - Sport

**Le poste**:
En tant que Head of Product au sein de notre équipe Produit Paris Sportifs, vous dirigerez une Tribe composée de plusieurs squads. Vous gérerez des Product Owners et Product Managers, définirez la stratégie produit, préparerez la phase de Discovery et superviserez la phase de Delivery.

**Les missions**:
Rattaché-e au Directeur Produit Paris Sportifs, vos missions incluent:

- Définir la stratégie produit de votre Tribe et contribuer à la vision produit globale de l’entreprise
- Assurer l’alignement entre 2 à 5 squads et garantir la livraison réussie des fonctionnalités attendues
- Gérer directement les Product Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers et Product Experts au sein de vos squads
- En collaboration avec le Head of Engineering de la Tribe, définir la mission, les KPIs d’impact, les résultats clés, et être responsable de la roadmap à 6 mois ainsi que de son exécution
- Suivre et garantir l’atteinte des objectifs de performance attribués à votre Tribe
- Organiser et prioriser les projets entrants, en veillant à ce que la valeur livrée corresponde aux attentes
- Structurer les phases de Discovery et Delivery pour chaque saison (tous les 3 mois)
- Garantir le respect des méthodologies et processus produit au sein des squads et promouvoir leur adoption à l’échelle de l’entreprise
- Recruter, accompagner et soutenir tous les rôles Produit sous votre responsabilité pour assurer le succès de l’équipe
- Prendre des décisions liées au produit au niveau de la Tribe, en collaboration avec le Directeur Produit

**Le profil**:
**Ce poste est fait pour vous si**:

- Vous avez au moins 10 ans d’expérience réussie en tant que Product Owner, Product Manager, puis Head of Product — idéalement dans une entreprise digitale B2C en forte croissance
- Vous avez une forte culture produit et maîtrisez les pratiques clés du Product Management (Discovery, Delivery, Stratégie Produit, OKRs, etc.)
- Vous avez de l’expérience dans la structuration et le management d’équipes Produit, avec une capacité à définir des rôles, missions et objectifs clairs — et êtes reconnu-e comme un-e leader inspirant-e
- Vous êtes très à l’aise avec la gestion de la livraison, des roadmaps, des phases de déploiement, et vous savez prioriser efficacement pour garantir un time-to-market rapide
- Vous êtes 100 % orienté-e utilisateur, aimez écouter vos utilisateurs, avoir de l’impact et relever des défis
- Vous êtes orienté-e data, savez mesurer les résultats de vos projets, et vous concentrez sur la valeur réellement délivrée
- Vous faites preuve d’empathie, de leadership, d’analyse, de rigueur et de solides capacités d’organisation
- Vous suivez régulièrement les compétitions sportives et avez une certaine connaissance du secteur des paris sportifs
- Et enfin, vous parlez couramment anglais
