Job Description Contract Manager — located in Paris (France). The Opportunity Worldline is looking for a Contract Manager with extended experience in management and negotiation of Information Technology contracts (gained either as a member of an in‑house legal department or Contract Management function, preferably in a large international group). The role is client‑facing, a key player in account governance, participating in meetings as a trusted advisor to business teams, managing compliance with contractual obligations and supporting business‑strategy decisions. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Contract drafting and negotiation in coordination with Legal Counsels for assigned accounts. Proactive member of the delivery team, advising and collaborating with delivery managers and other members in contract execution to protect Worldline’s interests. First point of contact for the sales/delivery team for all contractual matters, in charge of direct follow‑up of contract aspects associated with relevant customer contracts in coordination with Legal Counsels. Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, including customer contract‑management counterparts, procurement, and third‑party personnel, as required. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and operational issues awareness. Participate in negotiations, strategy definition, and meetings with customers. Draft notifications to be sent to customers on any contract‑related topics. Ensure all contract changes (e.g., addendum) are recorded on time and in the correct format; monitor performance of contractual obligations. Identify, assess, and manage risk‑related areas in contract execution; support rigorous risk‑management processes. Provide advice on contractual interpretation and assist in dispute‑resolution processes. Who Are We Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract management / legal and commercial contract negotiation on the supplier side. Experience in IT and/or payments market. Strong understanding of contracting issues, regulations, and terms and conditions within the IT/payment services. Strong business focus and solution‑oriented; ability to assess contractual topics to improve contract productivity. Discipline and ability to set up, document, and deploy contract‑management processes in coordination with operational teams in a global international environment. Strong communication skills with all levels of management (external or internal). Reliable, risk‑sensitive, agile, and creative — consistently deliver on commitments. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle fluctuating workload and multiple priorities. MS Office and English proficiency required. Business travel may be required from time to time. The Contract Manager will be integrated as an active member of the delivery and account team and will report to Group Contract Management.
