Missions Financial company that needs to comply with regulation and in particular Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements. DORA aims to strengthen operational resilience of financial entities given the increasing digitalization and interconnectedness of cyber threats or information and communication (ICT) disruptions. The main goal is to support the Infrastructure team and more precisely the Contract management team to collect data, evidence required and to ensure the needed procedures are in place to comply with DORA requirement. Monthly / weekly reports will be produced to follow the process and guarantee that all is collected and delivered on time. Technical and functional environment The candidate will be the privileged contact for DORA requirements related to Infrastructure and EUS topic. He/she will report to Infra and Cloud contract manager. Responsibilities Work with operational teams to collect and fill the DORA forms required (e.g. Risk assessment – Form B via Onetrust tool, Exit strategies – Form C, Testing process – Table‑top exercise). Collect contractual documentation (contracts, DORA addendum). Analyze contracts/proposals to identify termination and specific conditions. Plan internal Table‑top exercises for each critical vendor with the DORA team and ensure each session is well prepared to obtain direct validation during the meeting. Interact with vendors to collect their answers and required documentation as evidence. Interact with Legal, risk teams and the DORA team when validation or specific assessment is required. Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports on progress, status, risks and issues on a weekly basis. Ensure timely collection and delivery of all evidence. Follow audits if required. Qualifications Experience on DORA. Background in audit related to IT domain mandatory (Infrastructure). Experience on delivery / reporting in a challenged and multi‑project environment. Strong interpersonal skills; excellent oral and written skills with ability to work in client‑facing projects. Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities. English language: fluent. Software experience with Office Excel, Word, Power Point. #J-18808-Ljbffr
