Missions
Financial company that needs to comply with regulation and in particular Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements.
DORA aims to strengthen operational resilience of financial entities given the increasing digitalization and interconnectedness of cyber threats or information and communication (ICT) disruptions.
The main goal is to support Infrastructure team and more precisely Contract management team, to collect data, evidence required and make sure to have or write the needed procedures to comply with DORA requirement. Product Monthly/Weekly reports to follow the process and guarantee to collect and deliver all on time
Environnement technique et fonctionnel
The candidate will be the privileged contact for DORA requirements related to Infrastructure and EUS topic.
He/she will report to Infra and Cloud contract manager and will
Work with operational teams to collect and feel the DORA forms required as example
Risk assessment (Form B via Onetrust tool)
Exit strategies (FormC)
Testing process (Table top exercise)
Collect Contractual documentation (contracts, Dora addendum)
Analyze contracts / proposals to identify termination and specifics conditions
Plan internal Table top exercise for each critical vendor with Dora team and make sure each session is well prepared to get the direct validation during the meeting
Interact with our vendors to collect their answers and documentations required as evidences.
Interact with our Legal, risk teams and DORA team when validation or specific assessment will be required
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on progress, status, risks and issues on a weekly base
Make sure to collect and deliver on due time
Follow audits if required
Profil recherché
Experience on DORA
Background in audit related to IT domain mandatory. (Infrastructure)
Experience on delivery/reporting in a challenged and multi-projects environment.
Strong interpersonal skills excellent oral and written skills with and ability to work in client facing projects
Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities
English language: fluent
Software currently used : Office Excel, Word, Power Point
