Your role will be to ensure the proper functioning of the Treasury IT tools and to contribute to the transformation of the Treasury function. You will manage a direct report.In this context, your responsibilities for this position shall cover the below: Treasury Systems supervision: Manage the Group Treasury systems (KTP, Treasury Line, Ebam, Coprocess, FXall) ensuring core parameters are correct and optimized to enable the right and efficient booking of all transactions Manage banking relationships for cash management services and products Ensure all necessary services and products are opened and properly working at core banks in line with the Group Banking strategy Manage a Treasury System full-time administrator in charge of master data maintenance, administration of treasury management systems and banking connectivity, all in compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements Provide continuous support to BGs in their application of the group banking strategy and in their treasury tools daily use (including training when necessary) Support the Group Treasury and Accounting teams at month-end closing Market surveillance on new treasury systems solutions, new banking products/evolutions and regulatory changes to comply with on Swiftnet connectivity Treasury projects management: Lead the Group’s transformation at Treasury level in partnership with the Digital Finance Team Ensure compliance with Swifnet regulations & new controls, and participate in the Swifnet external audit Search for optimization within Treasury systems and Accounting ERP to increase automation and risk control Act as project lead on integration of new BGs within OPmobility treasury systems and banking strategy Lead the implementation of new liquidity solutions with banks and enhance existing ones Ensure internal control policies are respected within the Group and provide support in their application at Businesses – ensure such policies remain evolutive in their application Competencies / Qualifications 8 years of experience in corporate treasury Strong Treasury Management System (TMS) experience - KTP knowledge is a plus; at least experience with a TMS Cash management background is a nice-to-have Experience in implementation of a new TMS is a plus and a year of experience in TMS administration is appreciated Excellent communication skills English required Team spirit and project leadership mindset As a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treating all job applications equally.
