Join to apply for the Senior People Operations role at Spendesk We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to join our People team at a pivotal moment. As we scale and structure our operations, we’re putting employee experience at the heart of everything we do, and this role is key to making that happen. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and more. Ensure compliance with local regulations. Support payroll operations: act as backup for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for France and international subsidiaries. Act as the operational backbone for our People Partner. Partner closely to solve complex cases and support employee needs. Bridge the gap between strategic People initiatives and operational execution. Help structure and document People Operations processes. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Build tools and resources that empower both employees and managers. What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally in a start‑up or scale‑up environment. Navigate ambiguity, build processes from scratch, and adapt as the company evolves. Strong knowledge of French labor law and People compliance. Understand legal frameworks, collective bargaining agreements, and conduct legal monitoring. Process architect mindset. Create and continually optimise processes. Technologically curious and adaptable. Leverage AI and workflows through tools like Dust. Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken).
