Requirements

  • Degree or training in instructional design, educational sciences, or an equivalent field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience designing digital training, ideally in a technical environment
  • Strong command of e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms (Moodle, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Ability to structure information clearly and accessibly
  • User-focused mindset
  • Enjoys collaborative work and open communication
