- Coordinate subject-matter experts to structure and write content
- Lead scoping and educational follow-up meetings with stakeholders
- Design e-learning programs featuring videos, quizzes, and interactive scenarios
- Use authoring tools such as ActivePresenter, Rise, and Articulate Storyline
- Integrate modules into the Moodle LMS
- Measure training impact through completion rates, feedback, and questionnaires
- Transform complex expertise into clear, effective, and engaging learning experiences
Requirements
- Degree or training in instructional design, educational sciences, or an equivalent field
- 2 to 5 years of experience designing digital training, ideally in a technical environment
- Strong command of e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms (Moodle, etc.)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Ability to structure information clearly and accessibly
- User-focused mindset
- Enjoys collaborative work and open communication
