Dans le cadre de notre croissance continue et de notre engagement envers l'amélioration des processus financiers, nous recherchons un Directeur des Systèmes financiers Group et des Master Data pour rejoindre notre dynamique équipe de Group Controlling.
Description du posteResponsabilités :
- Gérer et maintenir les systèmes financiers du groupe, notamment SAP, BW et Magnitude, en assurant leur intégrité, leur cohérence, leur fiabilité et leur évolutivité.
- Être le point de contact principal pour toutes les questions relatives aux systèmes financiers du groupe et pour la dimension finance des systèmes non financiers, offrant un soutien technique aux utilisateurs et résolvant les problèmes opérationnels.
- Collaborer avec les équipes fonctionnelles pour comprendre les besoins métier et traduire ces exigences en solutions techniques efficaces, assurant la bonne documentation des change requests, leur implementation avec l’IT et la cohérence de l’éco-système.
- Valider les demandes de changement fonctionnels touchant SAP FI afin de garantir la cohérence des plans de compte entre les ERP locaux et le système de reporting Magnitude.
- Leader la Reporting Factory avec un Junior BI analyst en charge de mettre en place les reportings automatiques pour les divisions et le groupe permettant de piloter l’activité au day-to-day.
- Assurer le support fonctionnel aux équipes finances pour la gestion de leurs données dans les principaux systèmes tout en s’assurant que les deadlines soient respectées en terme de reporting.
- Diriger la gestion de projet pour la transition vers SAP 4 HANA, en coordonnant les efforts des équipes internes et externes pour assurer une mise en œuvre réussie dans les délais et les budgets impartis.
- Superviser l’équipe MasterData SAP (Clients, Fournisseur et Produit), en veillant à leur exactitude, à leur cohérence et à leur intégrité.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et des procédures pour garantir la qualité des données financières et assurer la conformité aux normes et réglementations en vigueur.
- Piloter l’évolution de l’écosystème des outils financiers (Magnitude, SAP, BW, Comarch, Concur, Coupa…) et préparer la roadmap, en évaluant les besoins en solutions complémentaires.
- Diplôme universitaire en informatique, en finance, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience significative (minimum 10 ans) dans l'administration des systèmes financiers, notamment SAP, BW et Magnitude, avec une expérience préalable de gestion de projet.
- Expérience avec des applications business de type SalesForce, Kinaxis et appétence pour le financial data modeling.
- Solide compréhension des processus financiers et de la gestion des données maîtres.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs tâches et projets simultanément, tout en respectant les délais.
- Capacité à gérer un environnement complexe en transformation permanente.
- Certification SAP ou autre certification pertinente serait un atout.
CDD de 12 mois basé à notre siège Parisien. Télétravail possible de 2 jours par semaine.
