As a true strategic partner and support to operational staff, you are the privileged point of contact for managers and employees within your perimeter.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide advice and support to top management, local managers and employees on HR and organizational aspects.Drive HR proposals and support the implementation of structuring projects.Lead the operational implementation of the Group's HR policy in all the departments for which you are responsible.Support employees in their individual development and their progress within the Group.Interface with the various departments of the Human Resources Department dedicated to recruitment, professional training, talent management and the Employee Relations Department.Contribute to the various cross‑functional projects specific to the Human Resources Department.PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 5 years’ experience as HRBP.Exposure to an international, multicultural and demanding environment.Fluency in English and French.Ability to lead structuring projects with high exposure (workforce planning, organizational design, etc.).Good interpersonal, writing and speaking skills.Reactivity, ability to take initiatives and analytical skills.Come along on CMA CGM’s adventure #J-18808-Ljbffr
