Implementation Specialist

Configure and adapt system modules and features within the Intelex (HSE) platform to meet defined business requirements and ensure optimal functionality. Requirement Analysis Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate user needs and process goals into clear technical requirements. Documentation Review and Research Analyze vendor materials, user manuals, and system documentation to understand configuration options and best practices. Workflow Design and Optimization Design, test, and optimize workflows and data flows that support HSE processes and automation. Data Management and Quality Assurance Monitor, clean, and validate data within the platform to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support Coordinate and assist during testing phases by preparing test cases, documenting results, and addressing system defects. System Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions or workarounds. Contribute ideas and implement minor system enhancements that improve user experience or process efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with departments such as IT, Compliance, and Operations to ensure alignment on system configurations and updates. Training and Knowledge Sharing Develop and update training materials, user manuals, and quick guides to support system adoption and user proficiency. Documentation Maintenance Maintain accurate project and configuration documentation to ensure transparency and audit readiness. Compliance and Policy Alignment Ensure all configurations and processes support internal HSE / ESG requirements and company-wide compliance frameworks. Post-Implementation Support and Monitoring Provide ongoing support after go-live, monitoring system performance and user feedback to identify further improvement opportunities. Requirements Understanding of Software and System Logic Solid grasp of how applications function, including principles of configuration, data flow, and system behavior. Experience with Low-Code / No-Code Platforms Hands‑on experience in configuring or parameterizing systems such as Intelex, PowerApps, or Mendix, even at a basic level. Analytical and Reporting Tool Knowledge Familiarity with platforms like Power BI or Snowflake for data analysis, visualization, and reporting. Technical Documentation Literacy Ability to read, interpret, and apply information from system documentation, user guides, and vendor materials. Data Quality Awareness Strong attention to data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with internal standards and compliance frameworks. Communication and Collaboration Skills Clear and professional communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders across teams. Problem‑Solving and Research Ability Capacity to independently investigate issues, explore resources, and identify practical solutions without relying on ready‑made answers. Attention to Detail Thoroughness in reviewing configurations, data, and documentation to prevent errors or inconsistencies. Process‑Oriented Mindset Understanding of workflows, dependencies, and system integrations to ensure smooth implementation of solutions. Proactive, Self‑Driven Work Ethic Demonstrated initiative in learning new tools, testing configurations, and proposing improvements. English Proficiency (B2 or Higher) Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, within an international work environment. Team Collaboration Experience Proven ability to work cooperatively with IT, business users, and project teams on shared objectives. Documentation and Reporting Skills Competence in preparing configuration notes, test results, and status updates for ongoing projects.
