Since 2012, Mirakl has been pioneering the platform economy, empowering retail and B2B enterprises with the most advanced, secure and scalable technology to digitize and expand product assortment through marketplace and dropship, improve efficiency in supplier catalog management and payments, personalize shopping experiences, and boost profits through retail media. 📍 Location: Paris, Bordeaux, or Remote (France) What you will do: Own end‑to‑end AI product strategy and execution for the Catalog Transformer (attribute extraction, translation, enrichment, media improvement & moderation) across Mirakl products Own the integration and evaluation of GenAI models, ensuring quality, reliability, and performance Drive experimentation with GenAI tooling and scalable deployments Product Management & ownership: Implement and improve processes for AI squads and between Data Scientists and product squads Drive cross‑functional collaboration with AI researchers, Data Scientists, PMs, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful features Collaborate on AI infra choices (modeling, retrieval stores, quality monitoring) Help recruit and train other AI PMs Build internal tooling and evaluation pathways to enable Sales and CS teams to showcase GenAI capabilities Popularize and promote our AI solutions to facilitate adoption by customers and prospects as an expert Product evangelisation: Build internal tooling and evaluation pathways to enable Sales and CS teams to showcase GenAI capabilities Popularize and promote our AI solutions to facilitate adoption by customers and prospects by acting as an expert Who you are: 7+ years of SaaS product management with deep technical ownership over AI/ML features MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent hands‑on expertise Strong technical fluency in GenAI ecosystems (LLMs, fine‑tuning, RAG systems, embeddings, structured output modelling) Hands‑on experience with AI/ML teams on model lifecycle (evaluation, A/B testing, fine‑tuning, post‑deployment monitoring) Analytical and experimental mindset; able to validate an LLM product beyond demos Familiarity with computer vision pipelines, data labeling ops, or human‑in‑the‑loop AI systems Fluent in French and English Practical experience in catalog data management, search/NLP, or eCommerce AI systems is a plus Application Process A 45‑minute phone call with a Tech recruiter to discuss background and expectations A 1‑hour technical interview via Zoom with Arthur, the Data Science Manager, to explore expertise and context Two 45‑minute Zoom interviews with VP Engineering and Data Engineering Manager covering values and culture Final call with Anne‑Claire, Chief Data & AI Officer We welcome collaborators with diverse perspectives and experiences to power us forward.
