Product Manager

Location: Le Boulou / Remote (France) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong product ownership skills and a solid understanding of the AdTech ecosystem. You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer and collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations, and sales teams to shape and deliver our product roadmap. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business impact, and user experience, and who enjoys turning complex AdTech challenges into simple, valuable features for publishers. You will own your product areas end-to-end, ensuring strong execution, adoption, and continuous improvement aligned with the product strategy. What will you do? Contribute to product strategy & roadmap: Work closely with the CPO to refine product vision, validate opportunities, and help translate strategic directions into clear, actionable roadmap items. Lead discovery & prioritization: Drive research, gather insights from clients and internal teams, and help identify impactful problems to solve, feeding into prioritization discussions. Translate strategy into actionable execution: Collaborate with engineering to turn ideas into clear specifications, user flows, and mockups/wireframes (Figma or equivalent), ensuring shared understanding and efficient delivery. Own the full product lifecycle: Oversee design, development follow-up, QA, launch, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of your product areas. Ensure product excellence & adoption: Test features, validate outcomes, and monitor usage, satisfaction, and business impact. Use data to guide iterations and future decisions. Support enablement & go-to-market: Partner with marketing and sales for product positioning, communication, and launches. Contribute to guides, onboarding materials, and training sessions. Stay ahead of the AdTech ecosystem: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and publisher needs to spot opportunities and bring relevant insights to strategic discussions. What will you bring to the team? Mandatory Experience in AdTech, ideally on the Publisher side, with familiarity in areas such as programmatic advertising (SSP, DSP, auctions, header bidding), ad serving, inventory management, and monetization levers. 3+ years as a Product Manager or similar role (SaaS or B2B experience appreciated). Hands-on experience working with engineering teams, managing backlogs, and defining precise functional specifications. Strong communication skills, able to navigate technical and non-technical conversations. Structured, analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize between short-term needs and long-term vision. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence). Fluent in English; French is a plus. What we offer? A key role with real ownership, from discovery to delivery and adoption.
