Job Summary We’re looking for an Associate Client Executive to grow NetApp’s presence in the commercial segment, focusing on medium‑size businesses across Île‑de‑France, Grand Est, Hauts‑de‑France and Normandy. You will work closely with Business Partners and Distributors to identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and deliver innovative technology solutions. You’ll manage a quota‑driven territory, combining new business development with account management, engaging with existing and potential customers, driving demand and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role offers a mix of office, remote and travel work. Essential Functions Develop, implement and ensure execution of a regional strategic plan to align partners and the sales team with the regional growth strategy. Manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities with sales partners and distributors to drive revenue through cold calling and follow‑ups on prospect lists. Collaborate with NetApp and sales partner resources to build brand awareness, communicate NetApp's vision and generate demand in the assigned territory. Actively engage with existing and potential customers in the commercial segment (medium‑size businesses) in the designated sales area, focusing on follow‑up with existing customers and acquisition of new ones. Identify potential customers, schedule appointments, conduct effective sales calls/meetings and manage the sales cycle to close new business. Ensure accurate sales forecasts, linearity and operational hygiene to achieve excellence in sales management. Provide sales support within the partner community to improve communication and collaboration, working closely with the channel team to generate pipeline and close opportunities. Lead the development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan for the assigned territory, ensuring engagement of internal and external resources. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar (preferred). Completion of commercial apprenticeship and/or professional experience in internal and external sales. At least 3 years of relevant and equivalent experience in a position with responsibility for a dedicated portfolio with a target in your own name. Fluency in French (C2) and English (C1‑C2). Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using a CRM system. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, customer service, organizational and negotiation skills. Ability to handle dozens of files simultaneously and hit the ground running. Self‑starter and self‑motivated, comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
