Airbus Helicopters is looking for a National Security Compliance Manager (f/m) to join our team based in Marignane, France.

Responsibilities
- Manage primarily National Security flow management activities (authorisations, accreditations, business applications).
- Lead certain scopes with support of the ET workstream leader on National Security flow management activities.
- Perform process improvement and writing in myCES to create & formalise compliance related processes within engineering.
- Support Data Compliance Representative activities (CoE Data) and drive the part for National Security on process improvement.
- Provide permanent advice and support, including business applications, tools, and deliver training to concerned business functions.
- Continuously improve the performance of the export control function, including training and surveys.
Profile & Qualifications
- Knowledge & experience in Design Office, process & business apps/tools.
- Preferably legal expertise in Export Control and/or experience in National Security.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset.
- Ability to synthesize and structure information to write processes.
- Ability to manage complex situations with high stakes.
- Ability to interact with many stakeholders.
- Rigor but willingness to support the ET activities with sustainable solutions.
- Basic experience and/or strong curiosity in the design, development, engineering of an aircraft.
- Team spirit & solution oriented.
- Take ownership.
- English fluent, German speaker will be a plus.

Airbus Helicopters recherche un National Security Compliance Manager (f/h) pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Marignane, France.
Portée et Responsabilités
- Gestion des flux de contrôle de la sécurité nationale (autorisation, accréditation, applications commerciales).
- Pilotage de certains périmètres avec le soutien du responsable du workpackage ET, notamment sur les activités de gestion des flux liés à la sécurité nationale.
- Amélioration des processus et rédaction de documents dans myCES afin de créer et formaliser les processus de conformité au sein de l’ingénierie.
- Soutien aux activités de Data Compliance Representative (CoE Data) et pilotage du volet sécurité nationale en matière d’amélioration des processus.
- Fournir conseils et support permanents, y compris applications, outils et former les fonctions commerciales concernées.
