This position is based at our plant in Estrées Saint Denis (10 minutes from Compiègne)Process Project LeaderResponsibilitiesOptimize the processes to achieve better product quality and production efficiencyDevelop and implement innovative technology to support the company growth and market needsReduce the environmental impact of the production (reduce CO 2 emission, energy and water consumption)Lead projects and be accountable for the outcomeConduct on-field work with process equipment to troubleshoot and enhance operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective productionQualificationsMaster’s degree in chemical or polymer engineering or any related field of studyKnowledge in technologies to process polyolefin materialsStatistical analysis capabilitiesAdvanced office user (including macro for office suite)Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and structured text is beneficialProficiency in French and English.
