**About this opportunity**:
**Your work environment** : We are looking for** 2 Applications Project Leads** to work within the European Information Systems and Services department (EISS). This role will be based in the UK (Wantage) or in France (Saint-Ouen).
Changes are delivered through the ITIL framework and Prince 2 methodology, coordinating within the Application Services Delivery Team and the Model and Service Strategy Team. Support to existing systems may be required during times of peak support activities.
This role will require extensive travel withing the EMEA region.

**Your mission in Crown**

Your Key Responsibilities are as follows:

- Follow Prince 2 methodology from initiation to sign off and transition
- Advise the Project Manager of any deviations from the plan and the solutions, recommend corrective actions, and prepare any appropriate Exception Plans
- Handle communication and training/document packages
- Coordinate project delivery with partners and outsourced teams
- Analysis and resolution of incidents, changes and problems when appropriate
- To act as a service owner as well as guide and assist service owners within the team
- Meet governance requirements and comply with SOX and ISO/ITIL framework procedures

**About you**:

- IT or project management background with experience working with a similar role
- Experience of ERP implementations, cutover and go-lives
- Experience of SAP implementations and projects would be an advantage for this role.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Time management skills with a flexible and self-motivated approach.
- Attention to detail
- Deadline focus
- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Continuous improvement mind set
- Able to travel extensively in EMEA
- Willingness to adapt to different cultures and circumstances
