We work fast, own our problems and are proud of tackling large challenges. Our stack includes Python/Flask, React, React Native and PostgreSQL. The Tech Foundations area empowers product crews by providing world‑class infrastructure, intuitive developer experience, operational excellence and built‑in security. Scope Infrastructure enablement for product crews (hosting improvements, CI/CD, scalability, multi‑cloud architecture) Security and compliance facilitation (authentication, encryption, threat protection) Developer productivity enhancements (local environment setup, monorepo tooling, observability, tech stack evolution) Design and development unification (design system, accessibility) AI‑assisted engineering enablement (agentic development, code assistants, MCP servers) Focus for 2026 We will grow the team significantly to increase impact, expand our cloud footprint with a revisited multi‑cloud strategy, elevate the quality bar across infrastructure and code foundations, and empower all engineers—including non‑engineers—with AI code assistants. We also aim to enhance our security stack and posture. Hiring Process Note While you’re applying for a particular area, you may ultimately join a different part of our engineering organization, depending on where we believe you will have the most impact. We’re Looking for Platform Engineers with 3+ years of experience to help maintain high reliability while scaling our infrastructure. Help tackle high‑impact, high‑risk projects involving many engineers. Design and implement robust infrastructure systems focused on reliability and observability. Maintain uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs. Improve incident management processes and lead post‑mortems. Build and maintain internal tooling (API, web interface, internal command line, etc.). Mentor other engineers and lead crews. Contribute to hiring and shape the candidate experience. Good Fit Strong experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS. Experience with monitoring, alerting and observability tools. Comfortable writing code for automation and tooling. Experience as a full‑stack or backend software engineer. Willingness to work in Python/JavaScript. Understanding of modern deployment practices and CI/CD. Adept at debugging complex system issues. Self‑starting, entrepreneurial and humble. Collaborative and enthusiastic about teamwork, learning and teaching. Fluent in English. We aim to hire above C1 level range.
