Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities You lead end-to-end product development, from idea and trials to industrialization on the production lines You work hands‑on on trials, testing, and process optimization in close contact with production teams You manage a small, agile R&D team with a strong coaching and ownership mindset You collaborate directly with customers, sales, purchasing, and suppliers to deliver fast, relevant solutions You drive multiple R&D projects using a structured stage‑gate approach while staying pragmatic and business‑focused Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree or PhD in Polymer Chemistry, Textiles, or a related field You bring 3–5 years of industrial R&D experience with a strong operational and customer‑facing component You combine technical depth in polymers, fibers, or nonwovens with a strong “go & see” mindset You communicate fluently in English and French You show ownership, curiosity, team spirit, and the willingness to be on the floor, with customers, and on the road The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
