Tax Accountant

Within the Finance Department of France, based in Courbevoie (92) and encompassing all accounting and financial expertise, under the responsibility of the Finance Director of France, your mission will be to conduct financial activities for the three French companies that fall within the scope of the Finance Department. You will work daily with five people locally and will be in contact with shared services centres located in Germany, India and England.Your primary mission: to guarantee the reliability of accounting information, ensure compliance with local tax and statutory obligations, and manage relations with the tax authorities and all stakeholders involved in French companies\' affairs.You will be responsible for the following tasks:Ensuring the quality of accounting and tax information produced by the German, Indian, and English shared services centres. You will supervise monthly, quarterly and annual closings and VAT returns. You will communicate tax payment forecasts and other exceptional items.Ensure the preparation of legal and tax documents and compliance with French accounting and tax legislation.Ensure tax compliance with international or European obligations transposed into national law: accounting records, transfer pricing documentation, reliable VAT audit trail, etc.Support Group projects or regulatory changes that impact the finance department at the local level: electronic invoicing, system changes and upgrades, M\&A transactions, etc.This list of tasks is not exhaustive and may evolve depending on the department\'s current situation and your skills.The position is available as soon as possible (ideally mid-October 2025), full-time and permanent.Your profile:With a DSCG or a five-year degree in taxation/general accounting, you have at least five years\' experience in similar roles within an accounting/auditing firm or an industrial company.Your rigour and organisational skills are real assets for managing a variety of accounting activities.You have a definite appetite for teamwork and communicate naturally with your various internal and external contacts.
