Working for different companies of the AXA group, AXA Group Operations has a worldwide action field with offices in several countries.ENVIRONMENTThis resource will join a team of IT professionals involved in the delivery and maintenance activities performed by the shared services team of and for the AXA Group.The function will be integrated in the product support teams, working closely with the local and global teams covering:Management of systems, database and networkApplication maintenance and supportIPC process managementProject managementQoS and governanceThe main activities addressed by the teams include:IT Infrastructure support for AXA Business and Development teamsTechnical activities:Production support and IT Service deliverySupport development & maintenance of AXA ApplicationsThese teams oversee the Product life cycle, from studies to the final delivery and solution maintenance. The most powerful levers to achieve this can be summarized as Innovation and Execution that will drive the Operations teams:Innovation: To create and provide the prerequisites and opportunities for all AXA teams to develop leading innovative solutions for the needs of our current and future customersExecution: To create an environment which allows our teams all over the world to bring their ideas to reality and make our strong promise to the customers happenOur concrete goals are:Reinforce and realize our value creation for the global AXA organization.Support and foster innovation across AXA in a close alignment and teaming with group business and innovation teams.Embed simplicity and empowerment in our day to day working as well to ensure that we contribute strongly to AXA’s mission and strategy.MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs an experienced IT Production Consultant, the candidate will join an existing technical team and his role will require:To be fully responsible for Backup platformsPart of the project team (as an expert) for future backup solutionInstallation, upgrades, maintenance of the platformsProduction monitoring and resolution of technical incidentsBackup monitoring and reporting in direct relation with Manage ServicesAnalyze and prepare accurate documentation for production.Incident, Problem and Change Management support, in an enterprise environment, providing 3rd level supportImprovement and extension of operational system stability and performanceCreation and improvement of operational guidelines, implementation guidelines and work instructions and necessary documentationImplementation of Standard Work Requests (based on AXA-Services standards, using ServiceNow)Troubleshooting incidents in the scope of the technical areasDevelop scripts for automation and batches, in close collaboration with development teams.Creating scripts according to internal AXA standards and procedures.Ability to support and monitor services on production servers.Technical writing of the proper documentation according to internal regulationsVotre ProfilPROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLSTechnical skills:Cloud knowledge: Security, Networking, AWS, AzureCommvault solutionsIBM Spectrum Protect V8 or later expertNetApp skill will be appreciated.CMX archiving tool knowledge is a plusScripting skills and automation. (Korn shell is mandatory, power shell is a plus)Strong general knowledge in IT and Datacenter infrastructure architecturesMinimum 3 years proven experience in a backup environmentKnowledge in Windows / Linux / VmwareGood reporting skillsEnsure security is always a priority one: audit, vulnerabilities remediation, support patchingEnsure service levels meet requirements. Propose and implement action plan when requiredWork with Project team to prepare project scope and troubleshooting of backup jobs on platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, Windows, VMware, and UNIX servers)Non-Technical Skills:Autonomous, teamwork spirit and “self-organized working”, respectful of the process.Curiosity, assertiveness, pro-active mindset.Customer centric and result orientation.Ability to work in dynamic, matrix-structured global organizations.Upper intermediate level of written and spoken English is a must.French/Dutch speaking would be appreciated.Respect other culture behaviorsRespond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
