Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to join our Derivatives & Post‑trade team in Paris. Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery: Manage end‑to‑end projects in line with Euronext's Project Management methodology. Plan, coordinate and deliver complex projects from initiation to operational go‑live. Define, monitor and report on project milestones, deliverables, timelines, budgets and resources. Track project economics, costs and financial reporting using Euronext tools. Business Product & IT Coordination: Work closely with the Product Owner to define project scope, business case, client and system impacts, roadmap, and stakeholders. Ensure business and functional requirements are complete, validated and shared on time. Track IT delivery activities and animate business workstreams by defining deliverables, owners, deadlines and quality. Governance & Stakeholder Management: Set up and run project governance (project and steering committees, gates, escalation processes). Prepare presentations and materials, draft minutes and ensure follow‑up of actions. Build and obtain sign‑off on RACI matrices. Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders. Risk, Compliance & Operational Readiness: Identify, track, elevate and mitigate project risks and issues, proposing solutions and alternatives. Manage key project artifacts (planning, KPIs, reporting, risk & action logs, change governance). Ensure internal and customer readiness, business acceptance criteria and regulatory requirements are met, and secure regulatory non‑objection in collaboration with Regulatory Product and Risk teams. Qualifications Degree‑level education or equivalent with a solid understanding of project management methodologies. Minimum 5 years experience delivering complex projects end‑to‑end. PMP certification is a plus. Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple topics in parallel in a matrix environment. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills. Proactive, rigorous, solution‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. Strong customer focus and ability to anticipate client needs. Ability to deep dive into complex topics and synthesize for senior management. Strong conflict management and resolution skills. Experience in an international and multicultural environment is a plus. Ability to quickly understand market models, services, processes and technology solutions. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (mandatory). Fluent English required; French and/or Italian are a plus. Knowledge of financial markets is a plus.
