**Purpose for the Position**
You will be responsible for the successful implementation of various project across all departments, including brand events, digital campaigns and 360° campaigns which combine online and offline channels. You need to Work closely with stakeholders to assure the cross-department communication and ensure all team members have a clear understanding of project objectives. You will also collaborate frequently alongside the HQ marketing team and establish the market strategy based on brand's global goals hand in hand with the senior brand manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and follow-up:

- Work closely with the brand manager and different departments to define project plan, goals, KPI's and deliverables.
- Develop the project timeline and the project budget.
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings and ensure of all team members understand clearly of the concept, objective, and content of the whole project.
- Project management and operation:

- Coordinate with the partners, team members and HQ to track project process.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the project team and Global team in Head office.
- Manage the budget and oversee the contract approval process and invoice payment process.
- Identify and assess project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans with the brand manager.
- Maintain project documentation, including offline events data, online communication results, and feedbacks of the team members.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners and collaborators to enhance project outcomes.
- Collaborate with the brand manager to identify potential partners that align with the project goals and objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with project timelines.
- Facilitate regular communication and meetings with partners to ensure their understanding of project requirements and to address any concerns or challenges.
- Explore opportunities for co-marketing or co-branding initiatives with partners to maximize project visibility and impact.
- Assess partnership performance and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to successfully lead and deliver projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic financial understanding, including budget tracking and management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to create and maintain project documentation.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic project management environment.
- Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines.
