Reporting to the Country Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Paris, France and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Legal Services and its growth.ResponsibilitiesManages a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary. Upsell legal servicesManages, controls and accounts client invoices in line with accounting obligations, making the appropriate checksFollow-up domiciliationSupport the compliance team with onboarding and health check of the clients’ entitiesResponsible for informing the client about tax returns deadlines, as well as informative declarations to different bodiesAttention to requirements from the Administration and response to themWorks in close collaboration with other departments for any items that may have crossed impactSupports the team when needed in the distribution of tasksFollows the company quality standards and processesQualificationsAbility to overcome adversity/resistance to change and influence others to drive the highest resultsAbility to work in a teamOrganizational and planning skillsFlexibility and adaptability to changes (ability to relate to different clients)Proactive and analytical thinkingExcellent presentation and communication skills, both in written and oral EnglishHighly organized, attention to detail, excellent follow through skills and ability to work independently and being part of a team0-3 years in a similar position.
