We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Junior Corporate Legal Associate. Reporting to the Country Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Paris, France and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Legal Services and its growth. Key Responsibilities Manages a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary. Upsell legal services Manages, controls and accounts client invoices in line with accounting obligations, making the appropriate checks Follow-up domiciliation Support the compliance team with onboarding and health check of the clients’ entities Responsible for informing the client about tax returns deadlines, as well as informative declarations to different bodies Attention to requirements from the Administration and response to them Works in close collaboration with other departments for any items that may have crossed impact Supports the team when needed in the distribution of tasks Follows the company quality standards and processes Key Requirements Ability to overcome adversity/resistance to change and influence others to drive the highest results. Ability to work in a team Organizational and planning skills Flexibility and adaptability to changes (ability to relate to different clients) Proactive and analytical thinking Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in written and oral English. Highly organized, attention to detail, excellent follow through skills and ability to work independently and being part of a team 0-3 in a similar position. Experience in management with multinational clients is highly valued University degree, preferably in business or finance Good knowledge of French accounting and tax regulations High level of English Good knowledge of Pack Office.
