We partner with clients to transform their industries, define winning business models, shape their value proposition and go-to-market approach, enhance their operational competitiveness, and create sustained advantage.What You'll DoAs a Consultant/Project Leader, you will be a core member of our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice and will work alongside some of the world’s top minds in the area.To Solve Our Clients’ Problems, You Will Be Given End-to-end Responsibility Within Significant TMT Related Projects. You Will Develop State-of-the-art Strategic Approaches And Innovative Solutions Based On Thorough Fact-based Analyses. You Will Work From Strategy To Execution, On Different TMT Complex Matters In Different Industries. For example, you will work to:Develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for a multinational corporationDesign a media strategy for a tech firmImplement a telecommunications overhaul for a healthcare providerLead a data analytics initiative for a financial institutionConduct a cybersecurity strategy for a retail companyDevelop a cloud migration program for a manufacturing companyLead a technology innovation project for a pharmaceutical companyConduct a digital health-check and roadmap for an oil & gas companyField a turnaround program for a struggling digital business unitWhat You'll BringYou would typically have:You have 5+ years of experience working with a leading TMT strategy consulting firm or industry player focused on TMT.You have experience of devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutions.You are passionate about TMT industry and willing to be part of the most exciting challenges and operating at the intersection of disruptive technology and constantly-evolving consumer trendsHave experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agendaHave the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apartBe a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international workHave excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skillsBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
