The role, based at site level, reports to the Site Quality Director and manages a dedicated team. The QA Validation & Equipment System leader ensures compliance with regulations in the management of validation and qualification processes related to manufacturing and laboratories and has the responsibilities for the Data Integrity compliance and the correct execution of CSV activities. This leader and the team manage the site Change Control process. Technical Responsibilities Supervise and support activities and documentation related to Validation Project Plans, Validation Final Reports and Technology Transfer protocols and reports. Supervise validation and qualification activities, supporting to define objectives and timelines, to evaluate data, and to identify corrective actions if needed. Perform QA review and approval of validation documents for the entire lifecycle of equipment/instruments (URS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, PV). Ensure the management of change control and support Quality investigation. Manage the proper functioning and qualification of site utilities and ensure periodical trend documents. Manage environmental validation and cleaning validation in the Manufacturing Plant. Ensure the compliance of pharmaceutical transports with GDP through the issuance of shipping validation protocols and reports. Support new site projects, ensuring the compliance of the qualification and validation approaches, the risk assessments approach to identify CCPs and CQAs and define the correct validation strategy. Collaborate in drafting plans and documents to support ongoing verification processes. Ensure Data Integrity Compliance through the verification of CSV documents and periodic review of computer systems, ensuring field verification activities. Managerial Responsibilities Support the Quality Team in defining, allocating, and managing the budget and resources related to the department's projects/initiatives. Strong Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites. Experience in change management and governance framework development. Excellent Communication: Outstanding relationship-building skills, with the capacity to communicate complex quality issues clearly to various stakeholders. Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze processes, foresee challenges, and implement effective solutions that enhance overall quality performance. Required Experience Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role with a proven track record in quality operations and management. Deep understanding of quality management systems, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical sector. Fluent in English (spoken language) Proven ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content in English. Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams. Ability to use project management tools like Microsoft Project to plan, execute, and monitor quality-related projects. Familiarity with software like TrackWise, or Veeva QualityDocs for managing quality documentation and processes. Description SAP as service provider #J-18808-Ljbffr
