Scope Infrastructure enablement for product crews (hosting improvements, CI/CD, scalability, multi‑cloud architecture) Security and compliance facilitation (authentication, encryption, threat protection) Developer productivity enhancements (local environment setup, monorepo tooling, observability, tech stack evolution) Design and development unification (design system, accessibility) AI‑assisted engineering enablement (agentic development, code assistants, MCP servers) Focus for 2026 We will grow the team significantly to increase impact, expand our cloud footprint, elevate quality across backend, frontend, and mobile, and advance AI‑augmented development and security posture. We’re Looking For Core expertise Strong background in application and infrastructure security; hands‑on experience with application‑security and penetration testing. Experience protecting organisations from cyber threats and monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents. Passionate about building secure products and systems. Familiarity with cloud security and modern web‑application security. Candidate fit Well‑versed in OOP (Python, Java, C#) and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript. Willing to work in Python/JavaScript (experience not required). Self‑starting, entrepreneurial, humble, and collaborative. Fluent in English. We aim to hire at the C1 – F level.
