The HSE professional will be responsible for managing, implementing, and monitoring Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies on construction and civil engineering sites, ensuring full compliance with local (French) and European regulations as well as company standards. The role involves close collaboration with Project Managers, Site Managers, and subcontractors.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with HSE regulations on construction sitesPrepare, update, and implement Health & Safety Plans and HSE proceduresConduct site inspections, audits, and safety walksIdentify, assess, and manage risks (risk assessments) and define preventive and corrective actionsInvestigate accidents, near misses, and non-conformities, including reporting and corrective follow-upDeliver and coordinate HSE training for internal staff and subcontractorsLiaise with external bodies, consultants, and local authoritiesMonitor HSE KPIs and prepare reports for managementPromote and strengthen a safety culture on siteRequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related disciplinesMinimum 3–5 years of experience in an HSE role within construction or civil works projectsStrong knowledge of HSE regulations, preferably French legislationSolid understanding of construction site activities (civil works, structural works, and construction processes)Strong on-site operational experienceExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsProactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environmentLanguagesFrench: Good / Fluent (preferred)Italian: Native or fluent (plus)What We OfferOpportunity to work in a structured, international environmentProfessional growth and career development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
