Votre projet ? Nous recherchons un Manager HSE (H/F) pour piloter un projet majeur : la construction d'un site logistique d'envergure internationale, dans un environnement industriel exigeant. Vos principales missions : Définir, déployer et suivre la stratégie Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement sur le projet. Manager et coordonner l'équipe HSE sur site, en veillant à la montée en compétences des collaborateurs. Garantir la conformité réglementaire et contractuelle en matière de HSE. Assurer le reporting et le suivi des indicateurs de performance QSE auprès de la direction et du client. Animer les démarches de prévention et de sensibilisation auprès des équipes et des sous-traitants. Piloter la gestion des événements accidentels (enquêtes, analyses, plan d'actions correctives). Réaliser audits, inspections et revues HSE pour garantir l'amélioration continue. Jouer un rôle de référent HSE auprès des partenaires internationaux, avec une communication fluide en anglais.
