The Global Alliance Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with technology vendors, solution providers, and other key industry stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in driving mutual business value through long-term collaboration and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The Alliance Manager will act as a bridge between external partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless integration of partner solutions, optimal use of partner resources, and successful execution of joint initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership Development:Identify and engage with high-potential partners that align with the company’s business and technology strategy. Alliance Lifecycle Management:Oversee the full lifecycle of partnerships—from initial contact and onboarding to long-term relationship nurturing and performance tracking. Contract Negotiation & Governance:Lead commercial and legal negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, sales, etc.). Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Define KPIs, track partner performance, and provide regular reporting to leadership with actionable insights. Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of joint go-to-market strategies and solution integration. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks. Relationship Building:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholders. Negotiation & Conflict Resolution:Strong negotiation capabilities and experience resolving escalations and conflicts constructively. Strategic Thinking:Ability to develop and execute long‑term partnership strategies aligned with business goals. Analytical Skills:Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking to support decision‑making and continuous improvement. Project Management:Skilled in managing complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Communication:Clear, concise, and adaptable communication style suitable for executive‑level discussions and partner engagement. Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in alliance management, business development, or strategic partnerships—preferably in the tech industry. Strong understanding of international business environments and multicultural collaboration. Experience working in matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
