What You Will Do Strategic development and tactical execution of new business generation. Manage a complex multimillion‑territory of major accounts, cross‑selling and upselling. Deliver focused sales and marketing campaigns designed to drive aggressive revenue growth in the above industries. Write business proposals, customer forecasts and negotiate with stakeholders. Identify and map business strengths and customer needs. Research business opportunities and viable additional income streams. Draft and review contracts. Perform a home‑based role that requires regular customer visits on a regional basis. Collaborate with global internal teams, planning operations, manufacturing quality teams. Utilise your knowledge of engineering and manufacturing cycles. Ideally, with experience of selling complex technical products to aerospace, defence, medical and energy industries. Able to develop new business opportunities coupled with an eye for upselling / cross‑selling. Proven track record of phenomenal sales growth and sales transformation. An excellent communicator, able to connect and sell to a wide variety of functional decision‑makers. A proven track record of business‑to‑business sales experience of medium‑ to long‑cycle selling would be advantageous.
