The Team comprises 9 lawyers based primarily in the Lyon (France) region. Missions Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements with a principle focus on customer facing contracts. Contributing to the revision and development of legal practices and templates specifically in relation to German-speaking countries. Assisting with post-merger integration activities. Participating in the continued assessment of the risks arising out of research and development (R&D), distribution and other business activities. Providing legal support with respect to other legal activities on an “as needed” basis. Skills LL.M. or equivalent postgraduate degree in law. Qualified to practise as an in-house lawyer in France with 1-3 years experience in IT contracts (with an emphasis on SaaS). Team-oriented attitude and flexible with a proven ability to work to deadlines.
