Sales Engineer – Spécialiste solaire (H / F) Important : ce recrutement étant particulièrement urgent, nous cherchons des candidat·e·s pouvant être disponibles pour une prise de poste au plus tard fin janvier 2026. Un acteur français de la transition énergétique, expert du photovoltaïque pour les professionnels et collectivités, poursuit sa croissance et renforce son équipe commerciale à Paris. Sa mission : accompagner la décarbonation des bâtiments en proposant des solutions solaires clé en main, de la conception à l’exploitation. Le rôle Développer et suivre un portefeuille de clients B2B (industrie, tertiaire, collectivités) Identifier les besoins techniques et économiques de chaque projet Élaborer des propositions sur mesure, en lien avec les équipes techniques Négocier et conclure les contrats de vente Assurer un suivi client rigoureux jusqu’à la mise en service Profil recherché Formation ingénieur ou commerciale avec forte appétence technique Expérience confirmée en vente de solutions énergétiques ou techniques Maîtrise du cycle de vente long et des interlocuteurs B2B Excellentes qualités relationnelles et sens du résultat Goût pour les enjeux environnementaux et la transition énergétique Les + du poste Environnement stimulant au cœur d’un marché en pleine expansion Équipe passionnée et engagée Parcours d’intégration solide et accompagnement techniqueRémunération fixe (40K€) + variable attractive selon profil (50% déplafonné Poste basé à Paris, avec déplacements ponctuels en France 📍 Paris (Ⓜ️ Bastille) – Télétravail occasionnel possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
