Rattaché(e) directement au Head of Product, vous aurez la responsabilité globale du domaine "Finance" (Comptabilité, Contrôle de Gestion, Trésorerie, ERP) Au croisement de la Technologie, de la Data et de la Finance, vous serez le garant de la performance de notre écosystème financier. Vous ne vous contenterez pas de gérer des outils ; vous piloterez un périmètre IT complet pour donner à la direction financière les moyens de ses ambitions, en tirant parti des dernières avancées en IA et automatisation. Management & Leadership IT Animer une équipe (squad) en mode scrum, composée de développeurs front/back, PO , UX.Piloter la roadmap technique et fonctionnelle de ton périmètre en lien avec le CTO et le CFO, ainsi que les périmètres transverses.Gérer les relations avec les partenaires externes et éditeurs (ERP Sage). Dépasser la gestion classique pour injecter de l'IA dans nos processus financiers (prévisions de cash-flow, détection d'anomalies, automatisation de la réconciliation comptable).Apporter une vision "Data-Driven" : structurer la donnée financière pour en faire un levier de décision (BI, Dashboards exécutifs). Traduire les enjeux financiers complexes en solutions IT performantes et scalables. Garantir le ROI des développements : chaque ligne de code ou paramétrage doit apporter de l'a valeur. Assurer la cohérence de l'architecture du Système d'Information Financier dans un contexte de forte croissance internationale. 🤝Notre promesse Un poste à fort impact : tu transformes le cœur financier de l'entreprise. Vous avez une expérience significative (5 ans minimum) en gestion de projet IT, Product Management ou Conseil, idéalement sur des sujets financiers ou ERP. Vous êtes passionné(e) par la technologie. Vous comprenez comment l'IA peut transformer un métier. Vous n'avez pas peur de mettre les mains dans la donnée (SQL, Python est un plus). Vous avez le potentiel ou l'expérience pour encadrer, fédérer et faire grandir une équipe. Idéalement, sans être comptable, vous comprenez les mécanismes financiers et vous savez parler le langage d'un DAF. Anglais courant (C1) indispensable pour interagir avec nos filiales européennes. Cette liste est sympa mais au-delà des compétences, nous recherchons quelqu’un qui souhaite s’impliquer, avec un état d’esprit positif.
