Engineer (Digital Collaboration – Voice & VTC) Location: Mons, Belgium Security Clearance: NATO Secret Reference No: RFQ C004 58 4 / Mons Qualifications and Knowledge A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised / certified University in a related discipline and 2 years of post‑related experience, or alternatively, at least 6 years of progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post. At least 2 years' experience designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing collaboration tools and platforms within a digital ecosystem of an organization. Experience deploying communication and collaboration software such as video conferencing systems, team messaging applications, and document sharing platforms. Experience with collaboration solutions from major vendors like Cisco, Poly, and Pexip. Qualification of Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration). Experience with monitoring platforms and protocols such as CA Spectrum, nGenius One, SNMPv3, Syslog, etc. Desirable Experience with collaboration solutions from major vendors like Cisco, Poly, and Pexip. Qualification of Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration). Experience with monitoring platforms and protocols such as CA Spectrum, nGenius One, SNMPv3, Syslog, etc. Duties / Role Performing service continuity improvement tasks on the NATO voice & VTC infrastructures. Supporting innovation efforts related to voice and video conferencing technology. Working with the project management team and providing technical support to projects to enhance and improve the existing infrastructure and services.
