Senior Treasury Analyst

Reporting to the Treasury Director you will be responsible for creating producing analyzing and presenting all key financial reports managed by the treasury such as the cash reports with the FCF and financials items the debts reporting and the LT cash forecast. The successful candidate will be self-driven highly motivated and focused on creating value for the treasury the top management the treasury and all the internal customers. As mentioned above you will be responsible for building and / or modeling all the treasury reports cash & cash forecast reports Budget FX and Debt reporting to bring high value analysis and accurate forecast. You will also be in charge for implementing new ways of working to improve the processes of the treasury and work with new KPI to follow the efficiency of these actions. As part of a team of 4 people you will be also acting as back up for some activities around cash management or debt reporting. That will also help you in building strong mutual relationships with internal customers and outside counterparties As mentioned you will be involved in the respective areas (not exhaustive) : Main key project to build or enhance : LT Cash forecasting Budget calculation for the holding FX FI Debt Reporting Banking cost follow-up Some closing activities Debt & FX reporting Financial reporting KPI Run activities mainly as back-up Daily Treasury & Payment validation IC & Ext. financing ST Cash forecast Others treasury project to contribute project related to the improvement / creation of the : day-to-day operational management processes Back-office monitoring with the implementation of a new tool cash reporting Qualifications : We are looking for a Treasurer with 5 years higher education and a good knowledge of international treasury management an interest in information systems and in improving existing systems. At least 7 / 8 years experience in a position covering the required skills. Proven experience on KYRIBA. Experience in an international environment / fluent English (regular interaction with entities around the world). Strong ability to work cross-functionally : ability to listen understand coordinate lead and adapt to your contacts. Ability to analyze and propose solutions with autonomy and thoroughness. Youre used to working in fast-growing agile environments and youre able to adapt and react quickly. You have good written and oral communication skills (you can lead meetings in English). Ideally you have a good knowledge of how the music industry works.
