Head of R&D Project Management Office (H/F) We are hiring – Head of PMO (Therapeutic Project Management) We are looking for an experienced and proactive Head of PMO to join our Therapeutic Project Management team and position the PMO as a strategic partner delivering tangible value to R&D projects. Your role Lead and further develop the PMO and project management culture across R&D Define and deploy pragmatic PM methodologies, tools and KPIs to drive project performance and decision-making Simplify and harmonize project and budget management practices Support and develop the PMO team and the broader PM community Contribute directly to the success of therapeutic projects Your profile Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, fluent in French and English Proven experience in project management and PMO leadership, ideally in drug development Ability to drive change in a complex, cross-functional environment PMP certification is a plus Engaged teams and modern R&D environments 27 days of paid leave + 23 RTT and up to 8 days of remote work per month Performance-related bonus, profit-sharing and employee savings plan Premium health insurance, subsidized restaurant and multiple employee benefits Certified Top Employer France and Europe for three consecutive years Based in France – R&D environmentApply now or contact us for more information #J-18808-Ljbffr
