Role Overview The Ops AI Platform team is building a platform that lets our Ops team create, evolve, and monitor AI agents capable of automating thousands of tedious tasks. You’ll join at ground zero, shaping the architecture, product, and foundation. Responsibilities Integrate AI agents into internal tools with context‑aware chat modals and instant business impact. Enable non‑technical users to autonomously create and maintain agents: prompting, tool configuration, testing, datasets, evaluations. Build a set of tools for AI agents to connect to internal and external capabilities, including external web dashboards without APIs. Ensure safety and accuracy: robust testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human‑in‑the‑loop validation, fine‑grained permissions. Scale the system from a few dozen to tens of thousands of tasks automated daily. Influence system architecture and maintain high code quality. Mentor engineers, contribute to product & engineering culture, and help build the team, including participating in hiring. Qualifications Product engineers with 3+ years’ experience, excited about state‑of‑the‑art AI systems and real‑world, high‑stakes operational problems. Strong background in full‑stack software engineering and systems architecture, with a focus on back‑end engineering. Experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or ML‑dev‑ops is a big plus. Product‑mindset: solutions should be used and impactful. Self‑directed, pragmatic, humble, and collaborative. Fluent in English (French not required).
