Security Software Engineer – Tech Foundations Alan’s vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Responsibilities Infrastructure enablement for product crews (hosting improvements, CI/CD, scalability, multi‑cloud architecture) Security and compliance facilitation (authentication, encryption, threat protection) Developer productivity enhancements (local environment setup, monorepo tooling, observability, tech stack evolution) Design and development unification (design system, accessibility) AI‑assisted engineering enablement (agentic development, code assistants, MCP servers) In 2026, we plan to expand our cloud footprint and elevate the quality bar across infrastructure, code foundations, and AI‑augmented development. We also aim to strengthen our security stack with enhanced tools and processes. Qualifications Strong background in application and infrastructure security; hands‑on experience with application security testing and penetration testing to mitigate vulnerabilities. Experience protecting organisations from cyber threats and handling security incidents. Familiarity with cloud security and modern web application security. Well‑versed in OOP (Python, Java, C#) with enthusiasm for modern Javascript. Self‑starting, entrepreneurial, and collaborative; passionate about building products and teaching others. Fluent in English; no French is required. We are looking for high potential candidates at the C1‑F level who are eager to grow and have curiosity. Experience level is a bonus but not a prerequisite.
