Job ID: 3067820 | Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited We are seeking a talented and technical Senior AI Product Manager to lead NBS (New Business and new sellers) AI initiatives. This senior role will spearhead AI-powered solutions to support seller growth, optimize seller recruitment and account management, and address cross-border commerce challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML product development, with proven experience driving global initiatives across organizations. This position will identify business opportunities, develop product strategies, and orchestrate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners across regions. The role demands expertise in articulating business opportunities into technical requirements and translating technical concepts into business value, while managing distributed teams and leading product launches in a fast-paced environment. Success requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority, drive alignment, and communicate effectively with senior leadership. Fluency in Chinese and English is essential, and understanding of cross-border e-commerce is preferred. Key Job Responsibilities Product Strategy & Development Lead the development of AI-driven product strategies to drive NBS AI penetration Identify growth opportunities across seller segments and lifecycle stages Design and implement AI solutions that enhance seller success metrics and operational efficiency Drive efficiency and productivity of seller recruitment, account management or go-to-market activities Lead continuous product optimization based on user feedback Technical Leadership Partner with data science and engineering teams to develop and implement AI/ML solutions Define clear technical requirements and success metrics for AI-powered features Oversee development cycles and ensure successful deployment of solutions Drive data-informed decision making across product initiatives Stakeholder Management Lead cross-functional collaboration between central product and program management teams, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners Drive effective communication of product strategy, roadmap, and impact analysis to leadership Manage change initiatives and stakeholder alignment across CN team and MP teams Basic Qualifications 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and development lifecycle Demonstrated experience in developing and launching AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale or experience in data-driven product development and analytics in enterprise environments Native-level proficiency in Chinese and English, with demonstrated experience in cross-cultural business communication Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders Master's degree or MBA Understanding of cross-border e-commerce platforms and operations Knowledge of global trade operations and compliance Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
